 At Pup & Pearl , we celebrate discovery and global creativity. We work with small vendors and artisans from around the world, and some products may ship directly from our overseas partners. As a result, delivery times may vary. All shipping timelines are guidelines only — exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship available items right away and send the rest as soon as they're in stock. So if you receive only part of your order, don’t worry — the rest is on the way!

Tracking Your Order
 Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to follow your package. Please allow [15-20 business days] for tracking info to become available. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

🛍️ Eligibility for
Refunds

• Refunds are available for items returned within 15 days of delivery To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a refund.

📦 Return Process

2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return address.
3. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

• A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
